Jack learned to ride his bike! He was having some trouble with his training wheels, and The Coach couldn't get them fixed to his liking. So you know how I am, "Take them OFF!" I proclaimed, "He will learn to ride without them!"
And he did!
The day didn't start off on an awesome note. He spent a considerable amount of time in the grass. But I knew he was going to learn quickly when he crashed into the grass every time. If you can intentionally turn your bike to the grass to crash, then you are almost there.
Jack is supposed to be wearing his football helmet for an hour a day to get used to the weight of it. He killed two birds with one stone by using it as a bike helmet.
And in just a few days, he was zipping down the street!
Way to go Jack!
Great job Jack! And what a smart little guy to multitask with his helmet practice.
